Deletion of Personal Data


Instructions for Deleting Personal Data

If you would like to request the deletion of your personal data collected through our service, please follow one of the methods below. We will process your request in accordance with applicable laws and notify you once the deletion is complete.

 

1. Through Your User Account

  1. Log in to your user account by clicking the link: Sign In
  2. In the menu located at the top right, click on Settings.
  3. You will automatically be directed to your profile. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the Delete My Account button.
  4. A modal window will appear with detailed instructions for deleting your personal data.
  5. Follow these instructions carefully to finalize the deletion of your account.

 

2. By Email

You can also request the deletion of your personal data via email by following these steps:

  1. Send an email to: [email protected].
  2. Include the following information in your message:
    • Your full name.
    • The email address associated with your account.
    • (Optional) The reason for your request.

 

What Happens Next?

  • Once your request is submitted, we will proceed with the deletion of your personal data within a maximum of 30 days.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
  • Certain information, such as invoices, must be retained for legal reasons but will only be used for fiscal or accounting purposes.
  • If you have left comments on the site (e.g., on eBooks), these will be anonymized. They will remain visible to other users, but no identifying information will be retained.
